History comes full circle. 🔄 As a young student of television and media arts, I had the privilege of working as an assistant set designer to Wojciech Klucznik at #TVP3Katowice on a program titled "The Poetry of the Gypsy Camp" based on the works of Federico García Lorca, poeta universal Lorca. I never imagined that years later, my path would cross with the spirit of this poet again – this time in #Barcelona, on #Montjuïc Hill. 🌙✨
During my visit to an exhibition dedicated to history, memory, and identity, I discovered a remarkable selection of books. Among them were:
📖 "Tempesta de ferro" – about air raid shelters in Valencia,
📖 "Memoria perdida" – evoking the lost memory of places and people,
📖 "El viejo Belchite" – documenting the tragedy of the destroyed town of Belchite,
📖 and "L.O.R.C.A.", which reminded me of the magic of his poetry.
These books are more than historical records – they are bridges between the past and the present. 🌉 Just like Lorca`s "Romancero gitano," where poetry becomes a vehicle for memory and emotion.
I’m also sharing a historical document from the realization of a TV performance dedicated to Lorca at TVP3 Katowice – one of my very first artistic projects.
