This image became the inspiration for several of my works—a protest against wars in Europe, Gaza, and across the world. In a reality where the flame of hope is often extinguished by violence, art can be the voice of those who cannot speak.
🔥 A match burns, yet its light is too weak to dispel the darkness of destruction.
🫧 A child enclosed in a fragile bubble symbolizes the vulnerability of life amidst chaos.
🌫️ Shadows on the sand whisper stories of those who are no longer with us.
This is a call for reflection.
Art may not change the world, but it can make us ask the right questions, recognize the consequences of our choices, and empathize with the suffering that wars bring to all sides.
Let’s not remain indifferent.
Let’s make art a bridge between hearts, not a boundary that divides us.

The painting reveals a dramatic division of reality—a space of duality where life and death, light and shadow, hope and despair intertwine in a metaphysical dance. The tree—raw, bare, almost scorched—stands at the threshold, its branches reaching simultaneously into darkness and into light. It is a symbol of choice, transformation, or perhaps the eternal struggle of opposing forces.
